Spam accounts

I removed some spam accounts. I don't think I deleted any real accounts, but if I did, I didn't intend to!

I also made the anti-bot challenge to create an account a little harder. Although I suspect it may still not be enough and I'll need to do image captchas (currently it asks simple math problems like "What is four minus one -- then multiply the result by two").

Yep . I cleaned it up. I should probably update the captcha questions to be more difficult. Although I wonder if some of this spam is semi-automated, in which case I'll have to come up with a better solution still in the long term.
